Voor de duur van circa 4 maanden zijn wij op zoek naar een financial controller op de afdeling financiën van het organisatieonderdeel Stadsbedrijven. Jij komt als adviseur te werken voor de afdeling vastgoed exploitatie (VGE). Vastgoed exploitatie exploiteert de parkeergarages, begraafplaatsen, wijk- en buurthuizen, zwembaden en sportaccommodaties.

Je taken zijn:
Als financial controller ben je zelfstandig werkzaam voor een aantal afdelingen binnen het onderdeel VGE. Vanuit je expertise ben je in staat om zelfstandig met eigen inzicht de volgende taken op te pakken, dit doe je wel in afstemming met de daarvoor verantwoordelijke budgethouders:
- Opstellen van periodieke rapportages en het maken van prognoses;
- Bespreken van deze rapportages en prognoses met budgetbewakers en management;
- Beantwoorden van vragen van budgetbewakers en budgethouders;
- Opstellen van de begroting 2025;
- Werkzaamheden inzake interim, jaarcontrole voor de accountant;
- Overige werkzaamheden die samenhangen met bovenstaande taken.

Jij hebt:
- Minimaal hbo diploma in de richting van bedrijfsadministratie of bedrijfseconomie;
- Aantoonbare werkervaring in bovenstaande taken, minimaal 5 jaar binnen not-for-profit / overheidsorganisaties;
- Gemeentelijke ervaring op bovenstaand takenpakket, kennis van BBV;
- Communicatief sterk;
- Analytisch sterk;
- Kennis van het Officepakket (Excel).

• Je beschikt over minimaal een hbo-diploma

Wensen:

• Je hebt een studie afgerond in de richting van Bedrijfsadministratie of Bedrijfseconomie
• Aantal jaren werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie
• Aantal jaren werkervaring binnen not-for-profit / overheidsorganisaties
• Heb je aantoonbare en relevante werkervaring binnen een gemeente? (met aantoonbaar en relevant bedoelen wij dat je minimaal 1 jaar of minimaal 1 opdracht hebt gedaan binnen een gemeente) Selecteer de grootste optie die voor jou van toepassing is

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
